Westports initially had to do a lot of nurturing to recruit and train the right people from a humble beginning of a greenfield port with only 550 employees in 1996 to a massive multi-billion company with over 5,000 plus employees today. We believe human talent development is a key to a sustainable business and long term growth.

In Westports, we believe in developing people and believe in lifelong learning. As a company we are committed to expose our employees to new technologies and new way of working. We have onsite facilities with computers to conduct various workshops and trainings within our premises to allow our employees to learn conveniently as they work. All employees will be required to attend 2 trainings in a year.
