Westports was honoured to witness the Signing Ceremony of the Lease Agreement for the Reactivation of Segamat Inland Port (SIP), organised by the Port Klang Authority, marking a significant milestone in strengthening Malaysia’s logistics network and supporting economic growth in Northern Johor.![]()

The agreement exchange between Segamat Inland Port Sdn. Bhd. and Infinity Landbridge Express Sdn. Bhd. represents a key step towards reactivating Segamat Inland Port as an important inland logistics hub, enhancing cargo connectivity, improving supply chain efficiency, and facilitating trade between inland regions and major seaports.![]()

The ceremony was officiated by YB Anthony Loke, Minister of Transport. Westports was represented by Chief Executive Officer Mr. Vijaya Kumar, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Pn. Linda Zain, and Westports team.![]()

Through this collaborative effort, a total of 207.3 kg of waste was collected, highlighting the collective commitment of all participants towards environmental sustainability and community engagement.![]()
