b. Management Trainee Program

We are seeking individuals that is open to learning about how the port operates and integrates into the supply chain. By joining this program, you will be exposed to the logistic operations from sea to land and vice versa. Be part of a program that exposes you to real work environment that has of some of the toughest challenges that will build the foundation to future success.

What we are looking for in a management trainee:

Knowledge General knowledge on current events and ability to learn new things.
Skill Ability to use Ms Excel to analyze data, prepare reports in Ms Word and presentation skills using Ms Powerpoint.
Attitude Mindset focused on providing solution, managing change and resilient to challenges. Must be self-driven and open minded for self-improvement .Drive to provide results that benefit the organization as a whole.
Habits Daily behavior that is in line with the company culture, vision and mission

Requirements for Management Trainee:

  • Graduate with a degree in any field.
  • Able to work in shift
  • Able to travel and work in Pulau Indah, Klang
  • Have own transportation (Motorbike or Car)
  • Preference for Fresh Graduate and those up to 1 year working experience. Those with more than 1 year experience would need to apply to Junior or Senior Executive roles in the career page.
